Connect Enel X Way to collect payments on your behalf.

How does it work?

When you are ready to collect payments from your chargers, you are now able to connect Enel X Way Stripe account to collect the payments on your behalf. Then, Enel X Way will reimburse the amount collected to your bank account. Please note that the Enel X Way fee of 8% + $0.30 will apply per transaction.

JuicePump: New Settings And Controls

• Remote reset allows users to power-cycle JuicePump from the dashboard.
• The Device page now display the manufacturer and model.

Local Currencies

Rates can now be assigned for public and private charging using a local currency. Note that the Currency can be only assigned at the “Company” level of the hierarchy; all reports and billing will be in this currency.

Drivers can view rates and pay for charging in the specified local currency, using their normal credit card (refer to the table below for exceptions). Administrators receive payment in that currency. Currency conversion is automatic.

Automatic payment is not yet available in countries marked with a *. Administrators in these countries must bill drivers manually.

General Enhancements

• The transaction amount for the charging session is now visible in the “Devices” and “Users” Charging Session history tabs.
• Added support for GB/T plug type in China.

Restored Information From Offline Units

When a previously offline unit regains connectivity, all charging sessions during the offline period are added to Reports within 24 hours.

QR Code Page

Newly-manufactured charging stations have a QR code that points to a web page, where users can download the mobile app in order to continue charging.

Note: Not all stations with a QR code have this capability.

Note: Only users that have already been invited by the station administrator can charge at these stations. If the user does not already have access, they will not be able to charge.

RFID Management

Administrators can now manage RFID cards for L2 and L3 chargers. This includes adding new cards, assigning cards to drivers, and enabling or disabling cards for certain users.

Enhancements To User Groups

Enterprise Dashboard now features 3 user groups by default:

• Public Charging Admins: All users who can have admin access (ie, can access the Dashboard)
• Public Charging Drivers: All users who do not have admin access
• Public Charging Users: All users within the system

When assigning any kind of permission, these 3 groups are always displayed.

Dashboard Support For JuicePump

Enterprise Dashboard now supports the JuicePump DC Fast Charger; administrators can now manage these types of devices just like any other device. Additionally, admins can manually start and stop charging of the different plugs of this type of device.

Enterprise Dashboard now supports the JuicePedestal; administrators can now manage these types of devices just like any other device. Additionally, admins can manage the individual plugs of this type of device, including:

• Manually starting and stopping charging for each plug
• Setting different maximum current levels for each plug
• Viewing each plug's history separately
• View each plug's logs separately

New Filters For Managing Devices

When viewing the Devices section of the Dashboard, the following new filters are available. Use any combination of these new filters to better manage your devices.

• Status (All, Unavailable, Standby, Plugged, Charging, and Error)
• Unit Type (AC, DC, and AC & DC)
• Private devices
• Public devices
• Devices with payment enabled
• Devices that are free to charge

Business Dashboard

Business Dashboard is an instance of Home Dashboard which we have released to small-scale commercial customers. We will permit these customers to make a one-time online purchase of up to 4 JuiceBoxes. We are targeting small to medium business customers with this simplified dashboard.

The new dashboard features a new color scheme and UI. However, the underlying functionality is identical to the Residential Dashboard.

Support Current Dashboard Functionality for DCFC Units

The Enterprise Dashboard now supports Tritium DC Fast Chargers.

The Enterprise Dashboard includes new, key functionality for DC fast chargers:

• Users can both start and stop charging sessions using an RFID card, the mobile app, or the Enterprise Dashboard

• Users can track how much energy has been used during charging

• Admins can limit the current for DC fast chargers.

   

All current Enterprise Dashboard functionality works with DC fast chargers except for the following:

• Load balancing

• Collecting payments

• Setting available charging times (Time Of Use)

• QR codes

Stop Charging for Level 2 chargers

The mobile app and Dashboard now include a “Stop Charging” feature for Level 2 chargers.

TOU rates for EVCN program

All clients who are subscribed to PG&E’s EVCN program can now assign Pass-through rates for all chargers connected to their account. This enables clients to review the cost of each charging session, and bill the tenants based on the utility tariff.

Known issues:

• The Time of Use rate is not shown in the Rates list. However, it is possible to assign the rate to a device or a location.
• Our support team can not enable this feature for accounts subscribed to the EVCN programat this time.

[Europe specific] Support 3-Phase for EVSE and EV

For JuiceBox 1.0 CE, it is now possible to mark a device as 3-phase. This allows an accurate consumption calculation in the Charging history.

JuiceBox 2.01 CE supports 3-phase charging, which allows the correct calculation of consumption for a session, without needing the user to specify their vehicle.

Known issues:

• The consumption report is incorrect for 1-phase cars charging at 3-phase units (this issue only applies toJuiceBox 1.0)

• 3-phase devices are not yet fully tested. Our European team is working to complete this validation.

• Load Balancing for 3-phase units is not yet supported.

In-App Mobile Payment

Drivers with JuiceNet Enterprise accounts can now use the mobile app to pay for charging, if payment is required. Once an administrator has created an account for a driver via the JuiceNet Enterprise dashboard, the driver can add credit card information and submit payment from the mobile app. To learn how administrators can set up in-app mobile payment, refer to the JuiceNet Enterprise Manual.

Drivers can now enable the option to receive email notifications when charging starts or stops.
